These Filliou treatments are by electroacoustic music students at Queen's University Kingston, class led by Matt Rogalsky.  Matt Rogalskyworks in the area of live electronic performance and installation, often with a focus on exploration of abject, invisible/inaudible, or ignored streams of information.Rogalsky was born in 1966 in Nigeria, and grew up in Canada, Malaysia and Kenya. Between 1985 and 1990 he studied electroacoustic music composition at Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, with Martin Bartlett and Barry Truax (as well as George Lewis and Pauline Oliveros during their summer residencies at the university). Between 1993 and 1995 he did an MA at Wesleyan University with Ron Kuivila and Alvin Lucier.
