- In the round table the system is interconnected in a couple of layers
- a very complex system. Movements of fingers of one person generates
outputs to all three record players. If I have time I will add a kind of
"inertia" (=history) to the system - a simple memory (a counter) that
after a time adds its own decisions to the system (a machine/instrument
with simple autoreferential possibilities).
- Everything gets done by movements of hands and fingers over the table
and listening to the dynamics and the totality of sound that comes from
the round table - no place for egoists but instead - communication with
the output which could (should) become art (the ghost that emerges after
a succesful spiritualistic seanse).
- By making a very unusual kind of instrument which cannot be "played"
in virtuoso fashion, everyone can play it - the importance of known
aesthetics is smaller (if not eliminated). Playing the round table
becomes a child's play.
Since there will be no big rehearsals it will be a process of
discovering a toy. A fun. Art? Hopefully...
