In den vergangenen Monaten haben Isabella Bordoni und Horst Hörtner eine Vielzahl an Institutionen sowie zahlreiche (befreundete und von ihnen geschätzte) KünstlerInnen um Beiträge für ihr Projekt "FIORITURE_a poetryscape" gebeten und eingeladen, Partner an dem Gemeinschaftsprojekt zu werden.

Die aus unterschiedlichen Quellen stammenden Samples werden im Live-Radiomix in einen von Isabella Bordoni verfassten Text eingewoben und ergeben so eine Art "Poesie- und Soundteppich".

Arjon Dunnewind, der künstlerische Leiter des Impakt Festivals in Utrecht sowie der italienische Kurator Angela Serino haben Bordoni und Hörtner Zugang zu ihrem Soundarchiv gewährt. KünstlerInnen des Impakt Festivals wie Christian Fennesz, Funkstörung, Non Place, Dat Politics, Alva Noto und Radbound Mens haben Arbeiten und Material zur Verfügung gestellt und wurden so Beteiligte dieser kollektiven Arbeit.

Ebenso haben Tom Sherman, Tiziano Fratus, Antonio Prete zum Zustandekommen von FIORITURE beigetragen, indem sie Texte, aber auch ihre Stimmen in das Projekt einfliessen lassen.

Verwoben werden auch Soundarbeiten von Angelo Benedetti, Alessandro Fogar, Marco Ariano, Hannes Strobl, Hanno Leichmann, Maurizio Martusciello und Scanner, die alle schon seit längerer Zeit mit Bordoni und/oder Hörtner kooperieren und die Idee eines kollektiven Arbeitens unterstützen und vorantreiben.

Ö1 Kunstradio hat aus dem umfangreichen Archiv des Funkhauses spezifische Tonträger und Soundarbeiten zusammengetragen und den Künstlern für dieses Projekt zur Verfügung gestellt.

Allen an diesem Projekt beteiligten KünstlerInnen und Institutionen sei an dieser Stelle gedankt.

In the past months, Isabella Bordoni and Horst Hörtner have asked a number of institutions and artist friends whose work they highly appreciate for contributions for this poetry and soundscape and invited them to become partners in this mutual project.

These samples will be mixed and merged into a text written by Isabella Bordoni in the live radio performance and become a kind of poetry and soundscape.

Arjon Dunnewind, the artistic director of the Impakt Festivals in Utrecht and the Italian curator of the festival, Angela Serino, gave Bordoni and Hörtner access to their sound archive. Artists involved in the Impakt Festival such as Christian Fennesz, Funkstörung, Non Place, Dat Politics, Alva Noto, and Radbound Mens gave their permittance to use their materials and made works accessible, thus contributing to a new, collective work.

Also Tom Sherman, Tiziano Fratus, and Antonio Prete have participated in realizing the FIORITURE poetryscape by contributing texts as well as lending their voices to the project. Furthermore, sound works will be integrated by Angelo Benedetti, Alessandro Fogar, Marco Ariano, Hannes Strobl, Hanno Leichmann, Maurizio Martusciello, and Scanner who all have been involved in a collaborative process with Bordoni and/or Hörtner for quite a while and support and propose the concept of a common work.

Ö1 Kunstradio has collected and selected specific sound works and recordings from the extensive ORF archive and made these accessible to the artists for this project.
