ORF-Innsbruck

  • "GRANITE HEAD" -Sept. 5th-

    An 8 hour radio/Internet-Event with live-audience by the Tyrolean Ensemble of New Music on a stone-sculpture-site in the alpine valley Pitztal.
    The material consists of the realisation of scores from the internet (mainly vocal) - sounds originally received as data by a telescope and digitalized (astronomical institute of the university in Innsbruck) from stars in the sky with interventions by the live musicians.

green meadow. Thus it becomes an island for recreation and communication.

People in Tyrol are invited by radio,
TV, newspapers and Internet to contribute personal stories about the river Inn
and/or the bridges over this river...

WWW. Some of the stories are broadcast, others printed in
newspapers.
