FIRST TO SECOND NATURE

The notion Transmitter signifies a compositional proceeding, in which concrete realitites with their acoustic specifications such as landscapes, landscape sections, public places and (event-) situations will be on place conducted over from their analog reality to their immanent options, to their virtual appearance figure. Its virtual phenomenon will be added simultaneously to its analog reality.

Starting from the acoustic realities will be created an underscoring, a matrix of courses, which generates the process of transmission, produces the process of First to Second Nature.
This matrix of courses represents the interface of the analog and virtual reality, releases the realisation of the transmission proceeding, the transmission of perceiving.

The Transmitter-project "FROM RIVER-BED TO INUNDATION" is the OPENER of the Transmitter sequences.
Its premiere happens on the 5th of September 1996 upon the river Rhine at Basel.

Der BegriffTransmitter bezeichnet eine kompositorische Vorgangsweise, die konkrete Gegebenheiten - akustiche Realitäten - wie: Landschaftsauschnitte, öffentliche Plätze wie auch (Ereignis-) Situationen mit ihren spezifischen akustischen Vorgaben vorort in eine ihnen immanente Option, ihre virtuelle Erscheinungsform überleitet. Der analogen Realität wird simultan ihr virtuelles Erscheinungbild real hinzugefügt.

Ausgehend von den akustischen Gegebenheiten wird ein underscoring, eine Verlaufs-Matrix erstellt, die den Transmissionsprozess generiert, den Prozess von First to Second Nature auslöst.
Diese Verlaufs-Matrix stellt die Schnittstelle zwischen analoger un virtueller Realität dar, löst die Realisation des Überleitungsprozesses von analoger zu virtueller Realität, die Wahrnehmungsübertragung aus.

Das Transmitter - Projekt "VOM FLUSSBETT ZUR FLUTUNG" mit Premiere am 5. September 1996 am Rhein in Basel ist der OPENER der Projektreihe TRANSMITTER.
