Rafael LININ
Born in Madrid in 1960. He holds a Philosophy Doctor's degree from the University
of California in San Diego and he is Profesor Superior from the Real
Conservatorio Superior de Musica of Madrid. He has taught composition, history,
sociology and theory of music in the United States and in Spain. He has developed
as well his facet of musical composer, vocalist and instrumentist (guitar,
percussion, keyboard and electronics) in Europe and in America. In 1994 he has
created a social program to promote the interaction with ethnic minorities
through music and dance in Madrid, as a continuation of his activities with
groups of im R o o t
