Gagarin´s slippery parquet goes on air

03:05 - 03:25

listen (mp3)

ORF Kunstradio is well-known for showing no fear whatsoever when facing unsolved cases...
For numerous years already, unasked tapes and CDs end up in the letter box of Hamburg based electronic composer Felix Kubin. Hardly ever he finds an explanatory letter, sometimes not even the sender is mentioned. As these obviously aren't demo-tapes, but simply curiosities asking for their existence to be affirmed, Yuri Gagarin felt obliged to find a forum to present these works - a slippery parquet on which these submissions will be thrown onto. Musically commented, punctuated, and stimulated by Yuri's mortal agent of vicarious liability: Felix Kubin.
Failing skid resistance is taken care of; a need for action should become manifest only in waving approvingly or uninterestedly.
