Having completed an M.A. in Philosophy, Owen Chapman has since returned to his earlier fascination with sound and music. Working now on a PhD in Communication Studies at Concordia University in Montreal, Owen has integrated his interests in the history and philosophy of science and technology with experiments in turntablism, beat production and sample-based performance.
