An artistic documentary by German composer Anne Wellmer, Future Voices presents the new annual project KONTINUUM: Future Music by S4NTP - Society for Nontrivial Pursuits S4NTP - Society for Nontrivial Pursuits.

Generative music: What does the future sound like?

The future is longed for, painted, and aspired to. But by whom?
"All paradises, all utopias are designed by who is not there, by the people who are not allowed in," says writer Toni Morrison.

In social media, between filter bubbles, likes, viral hits and shitstorms, many voices go unheard: the timid, the quiet, the unspectacular, the nuanced.

S4NTP remind us of the expectations and wishes from the early days of the Internet - participatory, cooperative, at eye level it should be. Everyone is invited again to imagine a future: Personal visions of the future are to be left on the website zukunftsmusik.radio. An algorithm will process the audio messages uploaded there into a continuous stream of future music for a year.
