We live in a world of invisible and inaudible noise in the world of the invisible and inaudible frequency spectra. Universe, galaxies, stars, space dust produce enormous amount of electromagnetic radiation of various lenghts and wave amplitudes raging from thousands of kilometers to nanometers. Part of this Electromagnetic Spectrum (EMS) is visible light that humans can detect. Astronomical objects that have magnetic field produce radio waves that travel with the speed of light through the space.

Sky - our canvas view into space: Look at the sky, strewn with light dots; with meteors, asteroids, satellites fortified in circles, flying in a weightless space, the view of the continuous path of movement without friction and without sound. Photo by the view of the sky we see acts as a two-dimensional canvas. But this illusion is hiding more spacious time information and other dimensions as you do can be moved. Each point of the image information is composed of an endless parameters and paradigms. Each has its own story, and each story will be used or has already ended.

In his latest sound work EMS memory trackers Brane Zorman will chose and mark a small part of a sky matrix of the sky over Ljubljana on January 3, 2016 as a dynamic picture.
From the visual shapes of bodies, positions of stars, suns, planets, moons, asteroids, from the endless flux of frequencies from the long past time from the Outer Space he will extract and transform audio and data recordings of a various EMS ranges and convert them into an evolving sound sculpture work. Zorman sees night sky as a notation, as a canvas, where dots of a different intensity, size, brightness, positions »play« sounds from extracted visual materials. He will blend (convert) tracked and mapped visual information into a sound as the time progresses from point 0 (the most left side of a sky canvas) to the number 2056 (as a far right position of captured canvas). Composition and its duration is defined by a time that lapses slowly as a moveable light stick on a scanner. Zorman worked with local radio amateurs recording EMS frequencies emitted from close and deeper space combining and mixing them with a sophisticated sound tools thus mapping, tracking and inter reacting on ever present but not recognized distant screams and memories from the space.
